Study Hall
Study Hall is offered as a quiet area where students can study, read, or work on homework while waiting for a sibling, for their next class, or for their parents to pick them up. Please observe the following simple Study Hall rules.
- If students want to study with each other, they should do so quietly in the front office, in the stairwell, or on the front porch of the building.
- If a student is persistently disruptive, his or her Study Hall privileges will be revoked.
- Students are not permitted to be rough with the furniture, sit on tables, lean back in chairs, or throw trash.
- Study Hall is intended to be an area of quiet study. Loud, boisterous, and/or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, as this not only affects other students in Study Hall but also can distract ongoing classes in adjoining rooms.
